Clubbr is a ticket resale site for Warwick students. Buy spare tickets from verified Warwick sellers and download them after checkout.

Who can use Clubbr?

Is Clubbr affiliated with Warwick or any venues?

No. Clubbr is not affiliated with the University of Warwick or any of the venues advertised.

Is Clubbr the official ticket seller?

No. Clubbr is a resale marketplace for student-owned tickets.

How do I buy a ticket?

Choose a ticket, pay through checkout, then download it from Clubbr.

Do I need to message the seller?

No. You buy through Clubbr, not through DMs or bank transfer.

Do I get the ticket instantly after paying?

Yes. Your ticket should be available to download immediately after payment.

How do I get my ticket?

Your ticket is available after checkout and can also be downloaded from the 'My tickets' page.

My ticket isn't downloading — what should I do?

Downloads should happen automatically, and tickets can also be downloaded from the 'My tickets' page. If something is not working, contact [email protected].

What tickets can I sell on Clubbr?

You can sell any club ticket you genuinely own and have the right to resell or transfer. Clubbr is mainly used for Warwick student nights, so local tickets are most likely to sell. Unrelated tickets probably won't get much interest.

How do I sell a ticket?

Create an account, verify your Warwick email, upload your ticket, and set your price.

What happens if I list my ticket but it doesn't sell?

Your ticket will automatically be filtered out the day after the event.

Can I remove my listing?

Yes. You can cancel your listing at any time before the ticket sells.

Can I edit my listing later?

Not directly. You can cancel your listing and create a new one, as long as it hasn't sold.

Once my ticket sells, can I still use it?

No. Once your ticket sells, you can no longer use or resell that ticket.

When do I get paid?

After your ticket sells, Clubbr processes your payout within 48 hours. You'll receive an email when your ticket has sold.

Does Clubbr add a fee?

Yes. Clubbr may add a small fee at checkout. You will see the full price before paying.

Why can't I see the seller's full email before buying?

To prevent off-platform selling. The seller's email becomes visible after purchase.

How do you stop fake or invalid tickets?

Sellers must verify with a Warwick email before listing. If someone lists a fake or used ticket, they can be banned and reported where necessary.

What happens to sellers who scam people?

They can be banned via their Warwick email and may be reported if necessary.

What if the ticket does not work?

Contact Clubbr as soon as possible with your order details at [email protected], or on Instagram. We'll look into what happened and help where we can.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are usually non-refundable unless there is a problem with the ticket. Check the event, date, and ticket details before buying.

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

Clubbr cannot guarantee refunds or entry. In this situation, you should contact the seller directly to agree the next steps.

Why use Clubbr instead of a group chat?

Because you can buy instantly, avoid bank transfers, and download the ticket straight away.

What is Clubbr responsible for?

Clubbr handles the listing, payment, and ticket delivery process. We are not responsible for whether people choose to sell tickets, how many tickets are available, or whether an event lets you in for reasons unrelated to the ticket itself.

What if there are no tickets available?

That means nobody is currently selling one. Check back later — new tickets can be listed at any time.
